Goodwill Caravan Exhibits and Collaborates with Humanitarian Leaders at the 19th Dubai International Aid and Development Conference
The 19th Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development (DIHAD) Conference & Exhibition brought together leaders from NGOs, UN agencies, charity organizations, and government bodies to address the needs of people and countries affected by crises and disasters. Goodwill Caravan was proud to be an exhibitor at this exciting event, where we met with old friends and made new connections while attending talks and workshops hosted by a wide array of impactful organizations and inspiring speakers.

During his joint speech session, Nabil Ben Soussia from IEC Telecom Group stressed the importance of supporting those who are helping others. This is something that drives us at Goodwill Caravan as well. We believe that by supporting NGOs and other organizations on the ground, we can make a real difference in the lives of people affected by conflict, persecution, and natural disasters.
What really stood out at DIHAD was the level of collaboration and partnership between organizations. We had some exciting conversations with representatives from multiple UN bodies, International Committee of the Red Cross, the Al-Khair Foundation, and many smaller nonprofits looking to leverage their resources.
GWC and The Al-Khair Foundation, our long-time partner who have who have played central role in helping us achieve our joint mission to help refugees along their paths to better lives
At Goodwill Caravan, we are now looking to invest in collaborations that can help amplify our impact. This is especially important in the aftermath of horrific earthquakes in Syria & Turkey, and we at Goodwill Caravan are forced to watch the pain of that loss in eyes of families who have lost loved ones to the earthquake tragedies as they await the outcome of their legal family reunification claims in Greece.
The GWC UK team also participated in the fundraising community and met leading fundraisers from a wide range of organizations and backgrounds. It was great to be back at conventions and meet such passionate people working towards a common goal.
